Short Description of the structure The Oil mill La Selva, founded in 2000, is today an innovative plant, constantly updated with customized and tested technical modifications that make it a cutting-edge and trendy model. It also produces extra virgin olive oil flavored with lemon, garlic, oregano, chilli, onion and black truffle. Inside the plant there is a room dedicated to the tasting of various types of oil. During the period of collection and production of extra virgin olive oil (October-December) the plant has no closing days and the times are flexible. Upon reservation it is possible to organize visits for school groups during which the production processes are explained and the production plant is shown. The structure cannot be reached by public transport; in front of the establishment there is a large parking area, reserved for customers, paved with concrete paving, flat and easily passable.
